Live, "The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song" became an extended sing-along, with Wayne encouraging the audience to shout, "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!" at the top of their lungs to each slow verse, leading into the proper song. The backing video features a close-up of a mouth saying "yeah" in a speech bubble in several different languages.
