"Galactic Melancholy" was an instrumental composed for Christmas On Mars. It was originally released in 2003 on the Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots Pt. 1 DVD single. Whereas other Christmas On Mars instrumentals that were released during the Yoshimi era later resurfaced as renamed tracks on the film's original score, the music comprising "Galactic Melancholy" was not used, and this remains its only release.
