This was the second night of the End Of The Year Climax 2006, with New Year's Eve UFO Shows in San Francisco and Los Angeles. It featured rare modern performances of What A Wonderful World (performed with Cat Power, as well as Cee Lo and Danger Mouse from Gnarls Barkley) and Suddenly Everything Has Changed. It was also unique in using The W.A.N.D. as a show opener.
