This was one of the Lips' "alias shows" during 1989-1990, this time performing as the Chrome Leaches. It was also the famous show referenced in interviews and The Fearless Freaks during which Wayne's brother Marty revved a motorcycle on stage as part of the Lips' noise assault and filled the club with exhaust.
